Synopsis: gusting winds as high as 30 kts combined with lighter than forecasted snow overnight resulted in bare pavement conditions on the runway, minimal patches of snow on taxiway A and D, and virtually no snow on turnaround C at the threshold of 32. The plowed section of the terminal apron is also down to the pavement.
Be advised that light to moderate snow showers persist as of this update at 1530 Z (1130 EDT). At 1533 Z the ASOS was reporting winds 060@09G28; VS1 LS; sky condition BRK 1800 OVC 2800; OAT -02 C (28 deg F).

FVE update for Saturday March 10 at 1730 EST. Blowing snow has contaminated the first 1,500′ of 32. Photo #1 is at the 1,000′ marking from the threshold of 32. Photo #2 is 1,500 from the threshold of 32. Pavement is at least a RCAM 5 for the remaining 3,000+ feet. Taxiway A and the ramp were bare and dry. ASOS reported wind 010 17G28; VS10; OVC 2,200; OAT -02 C or 29 deg F.
FVE runway condition update for Saturday March 10 at 0730 EST. The first photo documents the runway condition at 1700 EST March 9. Three to four inches of fresh accumulating snow fell during the night. The second photo documents the runway condition as viewed from the threshold of 32 at 0640 EST Saturday March 10. The weather remains unsettled this morning. The ASOS 1242Z weather reported Winds as 010@13; VS10; OVC 6,000; OAT -03C. Snow removal operations will be underway this morning.
