Synopsis: gusting winds as high as 30 kts combined with lighter than forecasted snow overnight resulted in bare pavement conditions on the runway, minimal patches of snow on taxiway A and D, and virtually no snow on turnaround C at the threshold of 32. The plowed section of the terminal apron is also down to the pavement.
Be advised that light to moderate snow showers persist as of this update at 1530 Z (1130 EDT). At 1533 Z the ASOS was reporting winds 060@09G28; VS1 LS; sky condition BRK 1800 OVC 2800; OAT -02 C (28 deg F).
